Baby Brinn!!

This is my baby Brinn. This year at school I am taking a class called child development. For a term project we got to be "parents" for a weekend and bring home a fake baby. Let me just tell you about my weekend with Brinn.
FRIDAY:
3:00 I get my baby
4-9 I have a choir concert so my baby is turned off.
9:00 my baby turns on, but is asleep
2:00am Brinn wakes up screaming, I don't know what she wants. I am up with her for an hour
4:30 am Brinn wakes up agian. One more hour of sleep GONE.
7:30 am Brinn is up and ready for the day.
SATURDAY:
7:30-10:00am Brinn is happily awake sitting on the couch quietly
10:30am Brinn is hungry
10:45am I run down to the church. Brinn stars SCREAMING.
11:00am I come home, she is perfectly fine
2:00 Brinn has been good all day so I decide to run down to the library. I am in the library for 5 minutes she wakes up. I feed her abd people are staring at me. Then both mine and my friends babies start screaming bloody murder in the library. We set our books down and RUN outside. We walk outside they stop. I go back in and get the books and movie.
3:00 We watch movies at my house. The babies are GREAT!!
8:30 pm Brinn goes to sleep.
SUNDAY:
12:00 am Brinn wakes up
2:15 am Brinn wakes up again
4:10 am Brinn wakes up. . .again
6:05 am Brinn wakes up
7:30 Brinn is ready for the day.
9:00 am I take Brinn to church with me
9:10 The opening prayer ends. . .Brinn starts screaming for a diaper change.
I spend the next TWO hours of church in the hall.
FINALLY Brinn goes to sleep.
I come home, she wakes up and screams the rest of the day.
By this time I am about to start screaming. I am tired. Brinn cries ALL day long.
12:00am Brinn wakes up for the LAST time, then her battery dies.

Needless to say. . .it was a LONG weekend. Not to mention the fact that Taylor was texting me from Disneyland saying. . .'I just saw Selena Gomez' By Sunday night I was NOT a happy camper. I have come to the conclusion that I am NOT ready for a child, for at LEAST 7 years!!!

The Museum of Science and Industry!

These all were taken at the Muesum of Science and industry, the fisrt picture is the U-505 German Submarine exibit at the Museum. When I got home from chicago I wrote an essay about the U-505 it was really interesting to learn about. The second picture is of this really cool Car of the Future. The third picture is all the gang right before we left the museum! The last picture is of the Flying car from Harry Potter, YES the REAL one!! They had a whole Harry Potter Exibit with props from the movies and everything, unfortunately it didn't open until after we left. So all I got to see was the car!! This Museum had to be my FAVORITE thing in Chicago.

The first picture here is of Lou Melnati's Chicago style pizza!! It was so yummy, I have been craving it since April! The second picture is us at the Adler Planetarium it was so cold the day we went there Taylor and I bought hats in the gift shop to keep our ears warm. The third picture is of my beloved dunkin doughnuts hot chocolate! I think I had at least a cup a day! Thier doughnuts are amazing too!! You can't walk a block in the city without running into a dunkin doughnut shop! I ate so many doughnuts that week I could cry! The fourth picture is at Rock-N-Roll McDonalds! It was so cool! It was two stories! They had this cool gallery of McDonald's through the years! The last picture is of Taylor and I at the Big Bird Constellation show!!

Finally I got all these pictures!!! So here they are! The first picture is the Field Museum. The field museum was one of my favorite things we did in Chicago, we didn't get to stay long, but it was really interesting. The second picture is of Flat stanley at the Spongebob Squarepants 4-D movie! Jaymon got to bring Flat stanley to Chicago with us. Flat stanely got to do lots of fun things like: go to the bean, ride the subway, and go see Spongebob Squarepants 4-D! The third picture is loking down on the city from Sears Tower! It was really high up but it was amazing how far you could see from the top! The fourth picture was taken at the "Bean" its a really cool sculpture that looks like a bean and is reflective. You could walk under it and look up too! The last picture is Crown Fountain. Crown Fountain lights up and shows a picture of a face, the face changes every so often, and sometimes water will squirt out of the mouth. It was one of the first things that we saw in chicago.

I have all of these pictures that I took while I was in Chicago and I was so excited to put them on Facebook and on my Blog. Unfortunately, my camera is not working and it won't download my pictures!!! But I am going to exchange my camera hopefully this week and I can put them on the computer since we got back from Chicago like a month ago!!! So how is everyone? I used to have so much time to blog and so much to blog about but now I am so busy!! I barely have time for facebook these days!

Ok. WOW! I haven't been on my blog for ever! I am just SO busy these days!!! But anyway, I guess that things have been pretty good! I am currently going on three days of being home from school sick so that is very sad! but, yeah I am excited that its almost summer, but sad that I am almost done with my freshman year!!! Especially since my jr. high splits into two different high schools!!! But I am just hangin' in there i don't really have much to blog about so I guess i will talk to you all later!

For New Years Day we went to a really fun Park in St. George! They had a realy rock climbing wall and we all had fun Climbing up! They also had the coolest play ground equipment that I had ever seen! We also went on a fun hike! We took some fun pictures! We were all sad that we had to leave the sunny weather in St. George!

We had so much food on New Years! Seriously, SO MUCH FOOD!!! All fo the kids connected on their Nintendo-DS's the older girls watched Mamma Mia!!!:) and we all ate food! We went swimming and then came home to celebrate the New Year! We had hats and Horns and at Midnight we all ran around the block sreaming and blowing our horns! It was so much fun! It was the Best New Year EVER!!! We just relaxed and hung out! I wil never forget it! Thanks Bate family for such a great time!:)

For New Years Eve we went to a place called Jumping Jacks! It is a really fun place, they have a whole bunch of blow-up Slides and stuff like that! We all had lots of fun, we played hide-and-go-seek-tag and had lots of fun. There were a lot of little kids there that were really cute and me and Bre made some new Friends!! It was lost of fun!

I hope that every one had a super fun Christmas!!! I did! I got a new didgital camera that is so amazing I have already taken so many pictures with it, I also got some cute clothes and a whole bunch of Chick-Flicks, including Pride and Prejudice, Mamma Mia, The Princess Bride and 27 Dresses! I also got a cell phone which I have been realy excited about! I got the David archuleta Cd and the new Jonas Brothers Cd! Tay got the Taylor Swift Cd which is fabulous! We have been pretty entertained the last few days:)! We had a great Christmas and a great new Year! We went and stayed at the Bates condo in St. George! We got back last night, we had so much fun down there! WE watched mamma mia 6 times in 3 days, played a lot of tennis and basketball, listened to music and went swimming! On new years eve we went to a place called jumping jacks and played on the blow-up stuff there for about an hour and a half we had so much fun playing hide-and-go-seek-tag! Then we went to the club house and went swimming! While we were at the pool we decied to do something a little crazy! At the club house we were swmmimng at there was a heated indoor poo, a hot tub, and a oudoor, non-heated pool! Even though we were in St. George it was still only aout 30 degrees out side! so we went and jumped into the ice cool out-door pool and then came back to the warm pool! It was absolutely FREEZING!!! But it was so much fun!!! THen we went back to the condo and had a feast and counted down to mid night while watching the office! The next day we went to this realy fun park and went on a cool hike in St. George! WE also went to see bedtime stories! It was a funny movie! WE also went shopping! We had a lot of fun! Happy New Years!!

I can't believe that Christmas is already almost here and another year is almost over! This year has gone by WAY too fast!!! I have been so busy, the last couple of weeks have been full of stuff to do! I have been so busy that time has past so quick and now Christmas is here! One thing that I have been busy with was my choir concert! It was lots of fun to learn Christmas music and my class learned a dance with partners! It was fun because we got to do some ball room dancing and stuff! It was lots of fun! My partner was so so so TALL!! I have had a lot of homework and also have been working on an Honors projet for an extra curricular that I am participating in! I have enjoyed spending time with my family and with some of my best friends-emmali, zach, chris, cody, maddie, ali, and countless others! Thanks for making this holiday season so much fun! One of my dad's best friends Mark celebrated his birthday over the weekend at the Jazz Game! He rented a sky box and we all got to enjoy the game! It was so much fun! THe food was so amazing! WE also got to go and see the lights on Temple Square! It was a really fun night! We all had so much fun cheering for the Jazz! They won the game and we were all excited! We slept over night in Salt Lake City and came home yesterday (Saturday)! It was such a fun weekend but now we have to go back to school I am adding some pictures! Happy Birthday Mark!

I can Drive!!!!

Well a very exciting thing happened yesterday (thanksgiving) my grandpa Moore taught me how to drive!!! It was really fun!!! And it turns out that I am actually a good driver!!! I just need a little practice with parking in the yellow lines at the gas station!!! I can't believe that I am old enough to drive!!! It is kinda Scary! I am just growing up to fast!!! Sad Day!

Last night the Red Devils played in thier first play-off game. WE were playing a 5A team even though we are a 4A team. All of the Cheerleaders thought that it was going to be double elemintion but after the game everyone left and all of the football players were sitting in this big huddle for like 30 minutes. I was waiting for some friends and all of the sudden all of these football players are leaving and they are crying. This one kid was like hyperventalating. It was so sad they were all like bauling their eyes out! So I guess that it was a single elemination and since we lost it was our last game EVER. I was just like whatever but it is kinda sad to think that I won't really ever be doing cheer again. No more practice or games and I am kinda sad about it!

They definatly finished off on a good note! I loved it! My mom thought that it was too much like the others but I loved it! THe songs were good and so was the dancing! On Thursday my jr. high held a halloween dance! Everyone dressed up in thier Halloween costumes. I didn't know what to wear so me and Emmali decided to dress up like crazy twins! My Talk

Today I gave my talk in Sacrament meeting! I must have done pretty good because after-ward half the ward told me how good I did. Plus the Bishop asked if I would write down part of my talk for him. It was funny because I wrote my talk and everthing was fine, I did't worry about it I sat down went through the opening part of sacrament then they annouced my name and I got nervous! I had been doing so good but it was ok because after I got into my talk all of the nerousness went away! I am just glad to finnally have the whole thing over with!

Beverly Hills Chihuahua!

This weekend I went to stay at my grandparents house.
My grandma and grandpa wanted to take us to do
something fun! We tried Bowling but there were no
open lanes so that idea was out. Then we tried the
corn maze but al of us were taller than it so we
decided that the corn maze idea was out too. Then
Taylor suggested a movie. All of the kids (including
me!) wanted to go and see beverly hills chihuahua! My
grandpa didn't want to go so he took little Andrew back
to Nephi while the rest of us went to the movie! It
was so hilarious! I was laughing my head off! It was
a little corny but it was still so funny! My favorite
was the little chihuahua named Papi!

Fall Break!

Well I have been waiting for fall break and it is finally here! We were going to go down to St. George but we decided not to (weel actually my dad decided for us!) So I was kinda bummed at first but then I was like its ok I can just hang out with friends and stuff! On wednesday I went to Young Women's and they asked me if I would speak in sacrament meeting! AHH! I have to speak on how Obedience Brings Blessings! At least the topic is prety easy! I couldn't believe it! But thats ok we went shopping yesterday for Taylor's birthday that is in 1 week! I can't believe that she is going to be 12! We got her the best present! I can't wait for her to open it! I will post some pictures from her birthday! I don't want to spoil it!

Cracker Barrel

On Friday my family and the Wheelers sluffed school and went out to breakfast! It was so so so yummy! Everyone was there except for Lyndsie because she freaked out and had to go to school to take a test! We all slept in and then met down at cracker barrel at about 9:00! We ate and then went back to school! I made it to
6th, 7th, and 8th period but I missed 5 of my classes! It was lots of fun!

Hey everyone! I havn't been on my blog in forever! I have been so busy with school starting! So I thought that it was time for an update on everything that I am doing. I have been busy with my Honors English class writing essays once a week. I also am in Advanced Choir which is really fun. I have cheered at my first 2 football games in the last two weeks and we have won both games! I danced at half time on Thursday night and that was really fun. I can't believe that we are already into fall time has passed so quickly. I am running cross country again this year which is a good work out. I love being a 9th grader it is so much fun! I am so excited for fall and halloween! I would love to hear how all of you are doing! I will be sure to stay more updated! Bye.

Breaking Dawn Party

Hey everyone its been a while since I have been on! Before I went to camp as most of you know Breaking Dawn the new Stephenie Meyer book came out! Of course I had to go to a midnight party. I went to the Spanish fork Library party with my mom my aunt Margie and Mindi and my Grandma! I was kinda sad because I had to leave for camp before I got my book and I really wanted to read it before I left. At the party they were doing drawings for free copies of the book I wanted one so bad just so that I could read it before Girls Camp. They did some of the drwaings and of course I didn't win. But I was having fun we had found these Vampire teeth at the party and we were all singing "tattoo" by jordin sparks with our teeth in we were laughing so hard! After our vampire teeth adventure everyone moved into this little room to play jepordy. THen they did some more drawings and I said "I am so unlucky I never win these drawings and then they caled 'Kaycie Jordan'" we all were screaming I was so happy that I was going to get my book and read it before camp at midnight they handed out the books and I got my free one! I was so excited I came home and read until four in the morning. I finished before camp and once I got home from camp I came up to look on the porch for the copy that I ordered and it still hasn't come! I sure am glad that I have the other copy or I would still be sitting here waiting for my book to come! It was so much fun! I will get some pictures asap!

Bate's Wheeler's and Jordan's

Yesterday the parents went out to dinner. Me Zach and Bre were babysitting and we had a lot of fun playing at the park and playing rock band! When the parents got home we all wanted to stay together and have a sleep over. The parents said that we could so the 6 oldest, and Ben came to my house, and the little ones stayed at the bates house! This morning we had crepes and played outside then we walked down to get a snowie! They were yummy! By this time Mark and Kristie came to get thier kids. After they left we were tired so we had a nap and watched Jon and Kate Plus 8! Then we had to take the bates back home! It was so much fun! We love to get together with the Bates and the Wheelers! Les Miserables

Last week we went to St. George! It was so hot. I thought it was hot in Utah County! We pretty much just went swimmimg at the hotel pool and shopped till we dropped! Another thing that we did was go to see Les Miserables at the Tuachan! The show was so amazing the cast was so talented! It was great trip but I am glad to be home!

Payson pool

Today we went to the new pool in Payson. We had our cute cousin Asher with us again and he had a blast! We were at the pool for alomst 5 hours. It was a long, fun day but of course I can't jsut have a great day something bad has to happen! About half way through the day there was a pool check so all the kids got out of the pool for a while. While we were out I re-applied my sunscreen. (NO BODY ELSE DID)! As we were getting out to leave i told my mom that I felt a little sunburned. She replied that I did look like I got some sun. By the time we got home my whole back was fried! And of course I was the only one who re-applied the sunscreen! I was so mad! But it is better now so it all good!

My trip to California!

Hey everyone! Sorry it has taken me so long to get the pictures from my trip posted! So I thought that I was going to Colorado but it turns out my grandparents secretly planned a trip to San Diego! The first day (July 5th) we drove to Vegas where we stayed the night. The next day we got up and finished the drive it was a long sunday drive but it was PERFECT weather it was probably in the high 70's! We decided to go to Old Town San Diego and then we hit the beach! We went body surfing and had a blast! After the beach we went back to the hotel and went to sleep. On Monday we got up and went to Sea World all day! We got tickets to Dine With Shamu and we got to eat dinner right next to the Whale tank and the whales did tricks and performed while we ate, we also saw several shows and got soaked on the River Run Ride. We had a great day at seaworld and we were all so tired after our long day. the next eday we got up and went to the San Diego Zoo and to Balboa Park during the day. In the evening we went to the peir and ate at a really yummy resteraunt that looked over the ocean! We also went to the Maritime Museum. It was a really fun day! The next day we had to go home but before we left we made one last stop at the San Diego Temple it was so beautiful and it was a great way to end a great vacation! Since I have been home I have wanted to go back every minute and I am even trying to talk my parents into a vacation there later this fall! I am trying to figure out how to do pictures from my moms computer! I will get the pictures on as soon as I can!

Swimming

Today we went swimming at the Vetran's Pool in Orem. We tok Amberly and Savanna and we had so much fun going on the water slides and playing in the pools! It wasn't too busy and it was the perfect day to go! Jaymon loves the pool becasue the have a really cool "kiddie" pool with a whole bunch of squirting things and so he just think it is great. It was a fun day thanks for comming Am and Savanna!

On Saturday Night my cousin Asher came over for a sleepover! We took him over to the Bates at first he was shy and just wanted Uncle Korry to hold him, but he warmed right up to all of the kids and soon he was running around with all of the kids! He had lots of fun Playing soccer in their front yard all of the kids just thought that he was so cute and we all had fun playing with him. On the ride home he was so tired he fell asleep! Lagoon

Yesterday,(June 24th) we went to Lagoon with the Bates! We had a lot of fun going on Wicked and playing in Lagoon-A-Beach. We endured the heat and had a blast! However when we got home we couldn't find my moms Ipod and we think that it was stolen by someone during the day, so our fun day turned into a bummer day. We still had fun but next time we will be sure to leave all of our Ipods at home!
